I am an avid fan of foods! I just find it magical to turn one slice of meat into a mouth watering dish that will totally turn your world upside down. So I’m currently taking up culinary arts so that I can expand my knowledge about the different dishes of different country. One time our professor instructed us to recreate any kind of meal that is usually served in India. It was an impromptu cooking test and for a moment I actually felt like I was under the pressure test of Master Chef! So I grabbed random spices from our food supply and tried to grill and fry chicken and add up a little belt pepper to spice it up. When I showed it to him, he immediately reject it and said that just because I added random spices from my dish it immediately mean that it’s a dish from India. I was challenged by our professor so now I desperately need cheap tickets to India. I need to explore and taste all the foods and spices myself. I want it all fresh from India. I sure hope there are available cheap tickets to India.
